Sergei Kerber has been the Chief Investment Officer of «Leader» Asset Management since 2007. Sergei has graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with qualification “Economist-Mathematician” in “Economic Cybernetics”. Before «Leader» Asset Management he worked in Air Traffic Control Center as Deputy Head of Economic and Finance Center. From 2005 till 2006 worked in Federal State Unitary Enterprise "State ATM Corporation" as Chief Executive.

From 1999 to 2009 Konstantin advised group of private investors regarding assessment and implementation of investment projects. He was engaged in business planning, financial modeling, guidance and implementation of projects in such sectors as energy, construction and woodworking industry.
Prior to that he worked as a head of consulting projects at PACC consulting company. During his tenure Konstantin was involved in the following types of projects – business planning and feasibility studies, development and implementation of planning and budgeting systems, financial analysis, diagnostics of management systems.
Graduated from the Moscow State University with major in Economics.
